Self-Care Day at the Library - N.A. - (Asheville, NC)

Treat yourself to a self-care day at North Asheville Library this Valentine's Day! We invite you to come relax in our community room anytime between 12:30 and 6pm. The space will feature all-ages coloring pages, art materials, tea, snacks, nature documentaries, and brief guided meditation sessions throught the day. Use our craft supplies, or bring your own project. This event begins with a half-hour guided meditation at 12:30pm. All ages welcome, but please respect a quiet and tranquil atmosphere while in the community room.
