Timber framed barn 28 feet by 40 feet 16 foot high sidewall height. This barn was used as hops drying barn. Half of loft has slatted drying floor. Barn is located north of Rome NY in a historically significant area of the New York's hop industry. Very cool building. Barn needs some repairs which are NOT included in price. We will dismantle , Mark , and load your truck. We are expert at barn repair and dismantling. Repairs can be arranged and re-erecting on your site possible. Photos show damaged area in south wall. Post , plate , purlins need repair/replacement. We have matching materials from a different barn on property. Siding and roof boards are included. Siding is very weathered.
