This is an elf knee hugger bell banner decoration made in Japan in the 1950-60 time frame. There is fading particularly on back of item in green and the hat needs to be reglued. Measures approximately 27.5" long. Also included is a plastic Santa boot candy holder with chenille pixie elf hanging on side also made in Japan. His hat is peeled away from head and the trim needs a little glue to hold everything in place. Measures 3" tall.
