This means that I charge shipping cost to send the item to the ebay shipping center in the United States and then Ebay determines all shipping and customs charges from their shipping facility to the buyer’s country. Since ebay determines the shipping cost of these items purchased through the global shipping program, I have no control over the shipping and customs charges. I can’t combine shipping on these items nor can I ask ebay to ship it any cheaper. PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING:I hate that it has come to this, but due to the recent increase of buyers abusing the ebay return system, I am forced to charge a 20% restocking fee on returned items. I have had too many lately returning items using the “not as described” option for reason such as the buyer changed his mind or did not read what was clearly stated in the description or clearly pictured. I try to inspect each item that I list at the time of listing for any flaws and note them in the description and take pictures of them. Having said this, I also realize that I am only human and do occasionally overlook a flaw. Knowing this, I am also a fair and honest seller and will adjust my policy at my discretion on a case by case basis if I do happen to be at fault by making an honest mistake. …
