1952 Quebec Fish & Game, sheet of 20 stamps, MNH, catalogue value $1900 - $1,500 - (Ottawa, ON)

In an article published in 1956, in the Journal of British North America Philatelic Society, the author states that originally, 5000 sheets of 50 stamps were produced for the Quebec Fish & Game Association (see attached article from BNAP 1956 in the photos). These stamps are near impossible to find for sale. They never are listed on eBay, and Van Dam auctioned off a single stamp, in 2015 (internet sale #50) with a reserve of $55 (catalogue value of $95). Never seen auctioned off as multiples or blocks of any size. Conservatively this partial sheet of 20 stamps has a catalogue value of $1900, if stamps were sold individually.
