Antique Wrought Iron 1800s Ladle, Decorated Handle, Brass Bowl, RARE Being offered is a rare and wonderful early 19th century, hand forged, wrought iron hearth ladle. It is punched on the shaft with vine-flower decorations. It has several shallow file turnings worked on the shaft near the bowl. The bowl is hand-hammered brass. It is in beautiful as found condition without any cleaning or polishing. It measures about 17 1/2" long and the bowl is about 5" wide.
