He died in 1947, never fulfilling his dream of publishing the complete writings in book form. Through the sponsorship of many individuals and entities listed on the last page, the book was finally made. Designed and printed by Paul E. Hankinson of Artcraft Press in Poughkeepsie NY. 180 pages, soft cover, perfect bound, Very Good condition, with a couple of light marks on front cover, a small nick at top of cover, tight binding.
