KLA-Tencor Surfscan 6220 SMIF Configuration This system should need no more than a new laser.It had been on a maintenance contract with KLA, and then was deinstalled, vacuum bagged and crated by KLA in an OEM custom Surfscan crate. (Photos of system in OEM crate show front panel of crate removed.) The SMIF loader and interface can be added to run it as a true SMIF tool or it can be operated as a standard 6220, with the keyboard and monitor on a separate table. Note: It has been stored in a climate controlled environment, in the OEM crate, vacuum bagged, for several years. It has not been removed from the crate. Photo was taken in Fab prior to deinstall.Includes Blower. The Hepa Filter enclosure in the photo is not included.
