This system should need little more than a new laser.It had been on a maintenance contract with KLA, and then was deinstalled, vacuum bagged and crated by KLA in an OEM custom Surfscan crate. At the time of deinstallation, we had KLA confirm condition and certify that it would be eligible for an OEM maintenance contract.(We subsequently used the crate for shipping a 6220 to a customer overseas.)
