Primitive-Style Tin Metal Cut-Out Ring. Not sure what it was originally used for. Nice decorative item for your farm or country theme. Maybe used with a planter or similar in the middle. I think the original owner used a clear, glass cookie jar filled with potpourri. Good condition with some wear from previous display. Measures about 12" across x 5" tall.
