Vintage Antique German Piccolo early 1900's - $100 - (Wilson, WY)

My mother in law received this as a gift when she was a child in the 1930's. It is a Grenadilla wood antique piccolo made estimated 1900-1920's in Germany. It has been well preserved, and plays well. The cork and pads work. The locking mechanism for the case is missing but the case does close. It is stamped with the letters D and the musical sign for flat, and below that L.P.
