Vintage Pillsbury Cooking Service "Balanced Recipes" prepared under the personal direction Mary Ellis Ames, Head of the Staff of Pillsbury's Cooking Service, metal case cook book with ring binder recipes, copyright 1933 by Pillsbury Flour Mills Company, Minneapolis, Minnesota. 100's of recipes in 12 tab sections from breads, salads soups and sauces, vegetables, meat and fish to cookies, cakes and pie deserts. Metal case cook book in excellent condition, few dents in case, pages are slightly yellowing, no edge wear or damage. Hard to find in this condition.
