Checkout this vintage miniature R.C. ALLEN VisOmatic TYPEWRITER "salesman sample"! After being carried around for a short time as a "representative of the RC Allen typewriter line", this cute little typewriter was placed in a cabinet & resided there most of its life, other than being occasionally "played with" by the salesman's young daughter. In 1950, R.C. Allen bought out "Woodstock" brand typewriters & because they were already excellent typewriters, just changed the name to R.C. Allen on all the new units. They were made for about 21 years. The only very slight damage to this salesman sample is the "leg" of the "R" of the decal across the top of the front, but the decal across the back is perfect.
