New SN 1612 Ya Chang Electric Co. 3 ph transformer! One picture shows the manual On side of door, closed in Plastic and never opened, and key is also there. Last two pictures shows the box, it came in. If it is a must, it can be shipped as it is close to 150lbs but freighting would be best option or just let me know where you live as I do not mind driving a few hundred miles for gas and meeting someone.
