Betsy Ross 1777 Old Glory Coin Glass American Milestones Plate by Fostoria - $20 - (Keller, TX)

First in the American Milestones limited edition series, this oval plate is by Fostoria and depicts Betsy Ross sewing the Flag with the title "Old Glory" and the date of 1777. The plate measures approximately 8 by 10 inches, and the coin glass has a beautiful iridescent white carnival sheen. Made in 1971, never used - in original box with original paperwork, the molds for this series were destroyed at the end of that year.
