Murphy Bed with built in desk and memory foam mattress - $2,000 - (Washington, DC)

This is a great solution for a studio or to add a real bed for guests in your home office. It's a full sized bed in great shape and only selling it because we are moving, it comes with a full size memory foam mattress. This murphy bed/desk allows you to leave items on your desk top while lowering your wallbed. The desk surface remains parallel with the floor during the entire lifting and lowering process. It's made of real wood not melamine and was custom made. It cost me $3000 + shipping and has been a great bed in my studio. You will need two people to move it, it will need to be partially disassembled but easy to put together. I have the instructions as well. Available for pickup now, can be checked out during the week after 5pm. My apartment is one block from the waterfront metro station in Southwest DC.
