Hickock TV-3AU TV-3 Military Tube Tester - $300 - (Ridgecrest, CA)

Overall, in good cosmetic condition for its age. I replaced the power cord, a couple of capacitors, and a power resistor. There is no voltage getting to the tube. I checked the transformer and it is good. More than likely there is a cold solder joint or out of spec resistor, I do not have time to troubleshoot any further and I already have 3 other working tube testers. Selling this as-is for parts/repair.
