Offered is a Vintage Midget Cast Iron Planter/Seeder. This is seeder attachment for a Planet Jr. The top seed wheel changes for different seeds and drops the seeds as wheels rotate. The wheels turn freely. This seeder is marked and called a Midget with a patent date from Dec. 8, 1914 This originally came from the Standard Garden & Tool Co. in Montrose, Iowa, which later became the American Fork & Hoe Co. Good, used, vintage, as found, working condition. No cracks or breaks. Will need a good cleaning, plenty of grime on the wheel. Ready for restoration.
