Hydraulic Cylinder, Double Acting repo tow truck lift lift and tow - $750 - (Fostoria, OH)

i had this rebuilt with all new seals and rings and tested and it worked for them just fine. but when i hooked it up to my pump it would go out fine but go in real slow not sure why. so im selling this as is no refunds or returns. from what i found to have this made cost around $1500.00
