Whelen Freedom 50" LED Lightbar Refurbished - $800 - (Waterloo, IA)
CLEAR LENSES PER EBAY POLICY. This is a clean and extremely bright 50" Whelen Freedom LED light bar with full length cord. I got this light bar a little while back from an equipment auction and decided to refurbish it as it was in poor condition with yellowed/cracked lenses and old LED optics. I ordered a brand new clear lens kit and replaced the original 12 LED diode (6 over 6) light heads with newer style ones that are clean and have the middle diffuser over the diodes. I also took the old normal length 12 LED diode (6 over 6) corner modules out and replaced them with new 18 LED diode (9 over 9) extended corner modules. I removed the old 400 series halogen alley lights and replaced them with the newer MR11 halogen alley lights so that the extended corner modules would fit. I replaced the old, faded 400 series halogen takedowns with new, clean 400 series halogen takedowns. I also replaced the old, sunfaded mounting feet with newer, fresh looking ones. All parts I took out and replaced are original Whelen parts.When powered on, the light bar color is RR/BB. These light bars can be well over $2,500 brand new depending on options. Get this one for half the cost or less! It has numerous flash patterns including left, right and center out arrowstick for the rear. The takedown and alley lights also flash in warning mode. This light bar is very clean and ridiculously bright. It's pretty heavy so shipping is rather expensive. It'll be around $100, but I'll pay for half the shipping cost.
