Radio operates perfectly but it has a small speaker issue, the speaker rattles at high volume it will need to be replaced. The cost for replacement is about 70 dollars. This radio is perfect for monitoring P25 trunking systems. It can monitor a system without affiliation. It has true radio monitor. No system key is required. If you are in an area where you have simulcast distortion this radio is right for you. It can be upgraded for TDMA (PHASE 2) from a dealer.
