As the pictures show, the system POWERS ON and PASSES SELF-TEST. Also, the powered table DOES elevate up and down when using the side toggle switch. Please look closely at the photos to view all of the accessories included in this sale. Unit shown in photos is the actual unit we are selling. We have listed this item as LOCAL PICKUP ONLY due to the size and weight of the system. However, we do have a local shipping agent in Baltimore, MD who can assist the buyer with any and all packing/padding/palletizing and shipping needs.
