Original 1956-62 era Don Hampton Ferrari dealer license plate fame. Don Hampton was a well known dealer in Palo Alto, CA. The frame is in good condition for it's age and is all original paint and finish. It shows signs of age, pitting, and paint loss. This is an amazing survivor frame and you most likely will not see another early Ferrari dealer license plate frame from California as I have never seen another. If you own a California black plate Ferrari of this era, this would be the ultimate unique and rare addition to your already next level collectible.
