1997 John Deere TC44H For your consideration, is a used 1997 John Deere TC44H wheel loader. We are the second owner and purchased from a municipality. Its in really good condition for its age and has low hours of 6,679. This is the original paint with very minor surface rust to be expected. Machine is really dry underneath with only minor seepage from the loader lift cylinders. Very clean interior with no rips or sag in the headliner. Machine is equipped with a JRB 416 quick coupler with a roughly 2.5 yard bucket(no tag). The machine also has a working third valve. We've used the machine for snow plowing/ removal and material loading in the summer. The center pin is nice and tight, but there is some play in the loader linkage. The one tire was a spare and will get a new tire on for the new owner. The remaining tires are all in pretty good condition. Terms1. Deposit of $2500.00 is due within 48 hours.2.
