"King's Cabin" was the original name for the town now simply called "King" in Stokes County NC. Although 1947-48 was NOT the first year of the school, a statement on an opening page reveals that this is the very first King High School Yearbook (NC). See picture for that verification. It is sort of a self published book, with hand written and typed pages, soft bound with brads, not professionally bound. Not just the high school, lower grades represented as well.
