I am selling a walk in cooler from a local store. The owner lost his lease due to redevelopment and no longer needs the cooler. The cooler was used to store rolling bread racks. Due to the owners need for a large door and extra height the box was purchased used from a grocery store. The box itself is in good used condition, with normal wear from normal use. The door is in good condition and works perfectly. The box was actually originally used as a freezer which is a plus because the denser freezer insulation makes for a more efficient cooler. There are lots of options due to the wider door and extra height of this box. It would be great for bulk storage a farm or small butcher operation. The single phrase compressor unit was installed new when the cooler was installed at this store, it is less than 3 years old and uses the new 410a freon which is safe and very inexpensive compared to the older refrigerants. The freon has been pumped down into the receiver on the unit and is included. 6.5' deep x 12' long x 109'' tall outside height 104.5'' inside height - extra wide door, 47.5'' wide x 84" tall, large enough to bring pallets through if needed We are selling this cooler for $2800 which is about what the new refrigeration cost at the time it was installed.
