this is a vintage hand engraved western style belt buckle made by western flair in colorado springs colo .in researching it i believe it is made of german silver and has a horse in gold tone as well as 2 flowers.....possibly brass and a fancy brass colored ribbon around the oval buckle.it measures 4 inches tall and 5 inches wide.thanks for bidding and please email me with questions
