Antique German Wilkens 800 Silver Strasbourg Empire Carving Set Fork and Knife - $215 - (Bemidji, MN)

A gorgeous and hard find large carving set made by Wilkens 800 Silver, Strasbourg Empire. Early turn of the century pattern. The fork measures 10 1/4" and weighs 91 grams. The knife measures 11 3/8" and weighs 107 grams. The knife has a hollow handle and a slight tweak at tip as pictured. This set is gorgeous and solid 800 silver. They do have a monogram on the back handle as pictured. Excellent condition overall with typical light usage scratches. I do not know anything about the maker or pattern.
