Tung Sol 7581a Factory Matched Pair Duet - $39 - (Mount Pleasant, SC)
Factory matched pair. A few months old. Might have 3 hours on them. Bought to try in a project but went with something else and now have no use for these. I figure someone could give them a good home. I'm being honest when I say they have a few hours on them. No rattles, no scrapes. These are well regarded tubes - live up to the hype. These are factory matched but I don't think TS's matching is spot on - these are several ma apart at 25ma, at least according to my measurements. I find this to be the case with most modern tubes that are factory matched. Literally like new - some compare these to the discontinued Winged C tubes and I agree. Big bold 6L6 sound - very flat tonal response. Will be well packed and shipped fast. Look at other auctions for more tubes and speakers. Just cleaning out the closet.
