URGENT: Student Painters Traverse City, Michigan - (Traverse City, MI)

Hello, my name is Sam Clark and I am a student at Michigan State University. This summer I am doing an internship through a company called Student Painters in the Grand Traverse Area. Student Painters has been a part of the Traverse City community for over thirty years now, and has had numerous branch managers in my position over the past 3 decades. This summer I am in the process of hiring a painting crew to come work for me. The position being offered is full-time and painters will work 40 hours per week. This job necessitates time flexibility as this is an outdoor job and weather has to be taken in as a factor. Throughout the week I will plan on painters working four 10 hour days, Monday through Thursday, this will be the typical work week for painters. However, if the weather is bad an we cannot paint a certain day, the schedule will change and we will finish the job on the weekends to insure we reach 40 hours of work for that week.
