Associate Director-Facilities - (Branchburg, NJ)

Responsibilities: The Associate Director will provide leadership to the Facilities functions, Maintenance and Metrology, on the Branchburg, NJ campus. The Associated Director will lead an in-house staff and assignments of approx 24 people (both exempt and non-exempt employees within the group) , and be responsible for management of budget and expenses in excess of $10MM. The leadership responsibility includes management of the programs and personnel performing all preventive and corrective maintenance, calibration, cleanroom certification and inspection readiness, and pest control activities in and around a Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing environment. Functional pharmaceutical manufacturing areas serviced include: Manufacturing/Operations, Engineering, Quality Control (QC), Utilities, Validation, Logistics, and Quality Assurance (QA). The Associate Director will be accountable for ensuring the completion of all work orders according to procedural time line qualifications.
