Project Manager - Civil Construction - (Lynden, WA)

Faber Construction is seeking a Civil Project Manager for our growing Civil division. Our company offers site work services for an array of commercial and residential projects for both the public and private markets. Typical project size ranges from $3,000,000 contract value and below. The perfect applicant must be detail oriented, able to problem solve, work collaboratively and autonomously. This position reports to a Division Manager. Preferred applicant will have a proven track record of estimating and managing successful Public Works Projects. Requirements: five years min project management experience Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred Duties and Responsibilities: Preconstruction services & estimating Plan, organize and manage materials, equipment and subcontractors Establish project objectives, schedules, policies, procedures and performance standards in accordance with company objectives Monthly tracking of profit and loss on all jobs
