The following requirements are desired: A Born Leader, who can lead a team of between 10-70 blue-collar professionals.Must have an attention- to-detail persona.Previous leadership (management) background in the Construction, Warehouse, Transportation, Utilities, Distribution, Maintenance, Property Management or other Professional Blue-Collar workplace environment is highly preferred.Possesses a safety-1st leadership style.
