We are seeking an Industrial Recruiter in our Monroe, Louisiana location. Are you sales driven, competitive, money-motivated? If so, then we are looking for you! This is an Inside Sales position. You will be given a book of business but we are looking for people wanting more, to ms excel and grow and help grow our business. Job duties As a Recruiter you will be a liaison between the companies we represent and the applicants who are qualified you will recruit and screen for their open openings. You will interview, screen, recruit and match applicants to open positions.
