NOTICE OF VACANCY THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE NEW JERSEY HOUSING AND MORTGAGE FINANCE AGENCY INVITES APPLICATIONS FROM QUALIFIED CANDIDATES FOR THE FOLLOWING: Position title: Facilities Maintenance Assistant II Issue Date: 3/13/17 Compensation range: seven ($36,587 starting salary min) Closing Date: 4/9/17 Division: Operations Union Status: Administrative Unit FL Status: Non-Exempt Employment Status: Full-time POSITION SUMMARY Under supervision, assist in the maintenance of the facilities functions, which includes maintenance of 2 buildings, security and fire/emergency management. Perform daily inspection of the buildings, parking lots, building perimeters, heating plants and computer rooms. Check for physical damage such as graffiti, burned out lights, and broken windows and ensure that the buildings are maintained at the proper climate. Troubleshoot and make diagnostic evaluation of problems. Assist in securing the buildings according to established procedures.
