This unit is in good cosmetic condition with the exception of the left arm rest torn upholstery. It is clean, no cuts or holes. I borrowed a footswitch to test it and the chair works fine. it raises, lowers, reclines and retracts. Unfortunately the footswitch pedal was misplaced and therefore you will need to acquire one and please dont ask if I have it because i dont and i dont have one available for you.
