Desktop Support - (Birmingham, AL)

One of TEKsystems' largest customers is seeking a multilingual Desktop Support technician to join their team. The applicant must have background with Active Directory, Citrix, and Remedy ticketing systems. The applicant will be responsible for front-line technical support for approx 500 local end users in various lines of business to include executives as well as several thousand employees out in the field. The technician will be responsible for installing, configuring and troubleshooting hardware and software issues and primarily be responsible for the imaging process using Microsoft imaging tools -- specifically the MS Deployment Toolkit. This is an opportunity with an international organization that promotes from within and allows for upward mobility.
