This coin has been authenticated and graded by PCGS as VG8, and it has choice tan brown color and above average surfaces. The most notable mark is a dull dig beneath the 97 in the date. This is a very rare variety, and exceptionally hard to find NICE! The "Low Head, Plain Edge" designation is listed on the PCGS label.
