An excellent opportunity is now available for an experienced Registered Dietician to join a wonderful hospital in the heart of Central Texas and serve as a Clinical Dietician. The Clinical Dietician will report to the Director of Nutrition Services and will provide oversight of the hospital's inpatient and outpatient dietary plans, including portion control, menu development, and documentation programs. The Registered Dietician will consult with patients about nutrition and administers medical nutrition therapy.
