THERE ARE A FEW MARKS ON THE BUCKET FROM USE. IT DOES COME WITH A HANDLE ON THE LID. IT IS OF MICKEY AND MINNIE CHRISTMAS FROM 2006. IT IS 9" TALL AND 5" WIDE WITHOUT THE HANDLE.
