11-99 Foundation License Plate "CHP" California Highway Patrol Metal Plate Frame - $150 - (Millbrae, CA)

Selling 2 of my mint 11-99 license plate frames. I've accumulated several of these being a member over the years and these are in mint condition as they were on one of my project cars I recently sold. Included with each plate will be a photocopy of the envelope from the foundation's correspondence back when I received each frame.
