Vintage long 19" truck? Car HORN trumpet semi Rat Rod Volts Train not Air - $40 - (Fairfax, CA)

Vintage 19" truck? Car HORN with long trumpet. Not sure if 6v or 12 volts. Tried battery charger and it tries to honk, some adjustment may make it work. Inside looks good. Some dents on cover. Perhaps 1930's 1940's 1950's era. About 3.2lbs, before packing.
