Facilities Maintenance Project Manager - (Louisville, KY)

Required ID: 79902 BASIC PURPOSE : The primary purpose of this position is to manage various construction and remodel projects from inception to completion. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Managing the design development process Managing architects and engineers Obtain permits Coordinate the bidding process for projects Review bids and contractor selection process Manage the construction process through to completion Other duties assigned as needed EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND: Education: HS Diploma or equivalent College diploma a plus Background: 3-5 yrs in the construction industry a plus SKILLS AND PHYSICAL QUALIFICATIONS: Soft Skills: Demonstrated leadership and management expertise, strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication expertise Typical Physical qualifications: Expertise to travel anywhere from three to 4 days a week Requires normal range of hearing and vision Job Function(s): Maintenance Founded in 1964 by Tom Love, Love's Family of Companies is headquartered in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
