Extremely well built, nice concession trailer that was designed and built from (Best Built Trailer) the ground up to be a concession trailer. Trailer equipped with brand appliances including 1 twin basket deep fryer( never used), 36 inch grill and a 2 burner hot plate. Also we added on a 4 bay steam table (Propane). Includes 23 cu ft Artic Air Refrigerator. Has a 3 compartment deep sink and a hand washing sink. These sinks have metal fixtures not plastic. 42 gal fresh water and a 58 gal waste water. Fully insulated Plus hot water heater and on demand water pump. City Water connection. 125 amp panel. Custom Diamond plate generator cover with locks. Diamond plate aluminum floor an easy clean walls. Height 7ft 6 inches. Exhaust good with fan. Four 4 ft double fluorescent lights. Air Conditioner / Heater with fan Fire suppression system which we added on. Please note: Their is some wear and tear. 2 pictures shown minor dents and scratches. This unit was only used 12 times in the last 3 years.
