Prepare hot and cold food according to recipe and customer/patient counts. Responsible for the proper cleaning and sanitation of work station. Preparation of items for next day's business and other duties as assigned. Education: High-school certificate, GED preferred or education and background to equate to same or higher level of education Background: Previous background as cook in a hospital, institution or full service kitchen preferred Skills: Expertise to read and follow menus is required of this position.
