Manager Responsibilities & Expectations: ? Protecting the Assets of the Company (Cash & Inventory) ? To be eligible for Monthly Bonuses, your store must be compliant on C&C Audits. ? Adhering to the Employee Handbook and Employee Guidelines Manual Policies & Procedures ? Be accessible by phone/text/email at ALL times for alarms or other store emergencies. If you are going to be out on vacation and un-reachable, then a back-up assignment must be planned and communicated in advance. ? Ensure stores are properly staffed and open on time daily ? Ensure daily bank deposits which match RQ4 close-outs from the night before ? Following and managing Dress Code and Nametag policies ? Performing nightly close-out procedures ? Timely Inventory Counts (Phones/Sim Cards – Weekly; Accessories – Monthly) ? Secure charged live demo devices on the sales floor during regular hours.
