Software Engineer - (Wayne, NJ)

Aerotek is seeking software development candidates for a long-term contract (W2) opportunity in Wayne, NJ. This position could potentially extend in to a permanent (no contract) position. Our client has a dynamic team supporting multiple product lines with programs ranging from three to 100 people. Their diverse set of programs range from demonstrating proof-of-concept prototypes, to delivering "quick reaction" capabilities, to meeting emerging military needs, to developing and sustaining our operational systems for decades. They are currently working on 2 funded programs. 1 program is non-cleared and will support their communications group. The other program will support their Electronic Warfare group and will require a clearance. This team will be more comprised of embedded developers for desktops, on real-time applications using C++. They are expecting to bring on multiple engineers, and have plans to convert some of these individuals after the initial contract.
