Managing Phamacist - (Mauston, WI)

Responsibilities and Duties: Proficient in pharmacy practice including but not limited to the following areas: a) Retail dispensing b) Patient consultation c) Medical equipment and supplies Conducts him/herself in a professional and courteous manner at all times. Practices pharmacy in accordance with all state and federal laws. Participates in continuing-ed and professional journal review and provides documentation of these accomplishments on an ongoing basis. Fulfills required CE credits to maintain licensure. Provides clinical pharmacy services, including medical history collection, therapeutic drug monitoring, pharmacokinetic dosing, consultations, drug info and education. Supervises pharmacy staff and performs annual performance evaluations of Staff Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians. Supervises and/or performs inventory control activities such as monitoring inventory levels, ordering, receiving, stocking and shipping. Maintains membership in and contributes to professional practice organizations.
