Yamaha YSL-488G Trigger Trombone Outfit: ser# 549208. The 448G is Yamahas’ newest intermediate trigger trombone and presently sells new online for 1900.00) We are asking a bit less :-). Ours is used and shows some wear, but still looks nice and plays very well. The most important part is the slide and ours is smooth as silk with no inner corrosion. The trigger works fine and it plays easy. The worst wear is some surface pitting on the large curve. It is also missing the little “lock ring” off the outer slide. Includes an upgrade Shilke 51D mouthpiece in good condition, and a matching Yamaha hard case in fair-good condition (solid, good hardware, clean inside, some wear) to keep it warm and happy :-) Save a bunch and give your deserving student an instrument to be proud of.
