Facilities Director - (Laconia, NH)

LACONIA SCHOOL DISTRICT FACILITIES DIRECTOR Seeking a dynamic individual to lead the Facilities Division of the Laconia School District. Assignments include development and direction of all capital improvement projects, along with supervision of all maintenance personnel and custodial activities and districts facility budget. The ideal candidate will possess effective communication abilities as well as demonstrated knowledge of building construction principals and civil engineering practices. Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical, plumbing and electrical building systems is preferred. Position begins July 1, 2017.
